This action was instituted in superior court on 25 February 1963. The complaint alleges in substance: Both parties are citizens and residents of Northampton County, North Carolina. Plaintiff is the owner of a certain tract or lot of land situate in Jackson Township, Northampton County, on which there is a dwelling house now occupied by defendant, which tract or lot of land is described with particularity. Defendant is a tenant at will on this property...
