This action arises under the Dram Shop Act, Ill Rev Stats 1949, c 43, § 135, for injuries sustained by plaintiffs while passengers in a car which crashed into a bridge abutment. They allege that the causal factor was the intoxication of their driver from alcoholic beverages purchased at El Sarape, a tavern operated by defendant Carlos Navarro and owned by defendant Alex G.
