Memorandum Findings of Fact and Opinion

MULRONEY, Judge:

Respondent determined deficiencies in petitioners' income tax for the years 1950, 1951, 1952 and 1953 in the amounts of $619.86, $1,320.42, $951.80 and $765.90, respectively.

Only a part of the proposed deficiencies remain in dispute.
