After the commencement of trial on charges of sodomy and corrupting the morals of children, the defendant, Michael Sorrentino, being represented by counsel of his choice, on September 23, 1964, changed his plea to "Guilty" and was sentenced to imprisonment in a State correctional institution for a term of not less than three years and not more than six years.
