This writ of error is directed to an order and judgment of the trial court dismissing Wildenstein's petition for a writ of habeas corpus. In this petition, which was filed October 16, 1962, Wildenstein alleged that he was then being unlawfully held and confined in the Denver County Jail by one Dan Stills, Warden of said county jail, and by John M. Schooley, the Manager of Safety and Ex-Officio Sheriff of the City and County of Denver.
