Plaintiff obtained a jury verdict and judgment against the defendant for personal injuries and property damages which resulted when he was compelled to drive his truck off the highway to avoid a collision with the defendant's car at the intersection of the Cottonwood Diagonal and 13th East (at about 5100 South) in the southern environs of Salt Lake City.
