This appellant was convicted of embezzlement in a situation said to be covered by D.C.CODE, § 22-1202 (1961).1 The indictment charged that on or about November 8, 1962, the appellant had wrongfully converted to his own use and had fraudulently taken and secreted with intent to convert to his own use, six hundred forty nine dollars which belonged to Dupont Plaza, Inc.
