Plaintiffs, Pearl Reynolds and Verda Reynolds, her husband, sued defendants in separate actions for damages growing out of injuries suffered by Pearl Reynolds in an automobile collision between a taxicab being operated by defendant Perkins and owned by defendant, Consolidated Cabs, Inc. The cases were consolidated for trial. There was a verdict and judgment for Pearl Reynolds in the sum of $5000.00 and for Verda Reynolds in the sum of $2000.00...
