FELTS, Justice.

This is a workmen's compensation case in which the employee, petitioner, claims compensation for disability resulting from a herniated disc received while lifting heavy loads for defendant. After dismissing the petition, the Trial Judge granted a motion for a new trial and entered a judgment for the petitioner. He awarded compensation for temporary total disability and partial permanent disability of 20% to the body as a whole.
