The appeal is from an order sustaining a plea of privilege. Suit was brought because of negligence alleged to have amounted to proximate cause of an automobile collision, and of the injuries and property damage resulting therefrom to plaintiffs, C. D. Brown et ux. The collision occurred in Montague County, Texas. Defendant Mike Nelms filed the plea of privilege to transfer the suit to Dallas County...
