CROCKETT, Justice.

Plaintiff, Mrs. Leone Campbell, sued for injuries suffered when she tripped and fell over a small cardboard box in an aisle of the defendant's supermarket located at 4th South and Ninth East in Salt Lake City.

A jury found a verdict in favor of the plaintiff for $14,053.26. Subsequently the trial court granted defendant's motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict. Plaintiff appeals seeking (1) reversal of that ruling and reinstatement...
