HOLMES, Justice.

The plaintiffs in error, hereinafter referred to as defendants, were convicted of burglary and larceny. Each defendant was sentenced to confinement in the State Penitentiary for not less than three years nor more than ten years for the offense of burglary, and each was sentenced to serve not less than three years nor more than five years for the offense of larceny, the sentences to run concurrently.
