Appellee sued appellant under the terms of the Texas Workmen's Compensation Act to set aside an award of the Texas Industrial Accident Board for injuries allegedly incurred in Argentina, South America. Suit was brought in Ector County, Texas, the residence of appellee, and appellant filed its original and amended plea of privilege to be sued in Dallas County, the county of its residence.
