Appellee sued appellants in trespass-to-try title to recover title and possession of 1.1 feet by 50 feet of Lot No. 9, Block 337, Southside of Buffalo Bayou, in the City of Houston. Appellants filed a cross-action contending the strip involved was a part of Lot No. 8 of said Block.
