In the trial court, plaintiff Sarah Hamilton sued her son, William Bowen, in an equitable action for the cancellation of a deed executed on October 6, 1958, which conveyed approximately 30 acres of land from the mother to the son. Grounds alleged were lack of consideration and fraud, deceit and misrepresentation on the part of the son. The mother's second husband was made a party to the action as an occupant...
