This is an application by the appellants, two lawyers living in Memphis, Tennessee, for a writ of certiorari to review a judgment finding them to be in contempt of the Pulaski Circuit Court. They contend that their conduct did not constitute contempt of court and, secondarily, that the punishment imposed is excessive.
