Victor B. Hogue, Administrator of the Estate of Victor Lyle Hogue, deceased, filed a claim with the State Industrial Court to recover death benefits under the Workmen's Compensation Act, for and on behalf of himself and his wife, as the only dependent heirs of the deceased.
