This suit was brought by plaintiff, William J. Le Compte, to recover damages arising out of the death of his wife, Annette L. Le Compte, which occurred as a result of a collision at about 2 p. m. on November 6, 1959, between a Ford driven by Mrs. Le Compte and a Buick driven by defendant Sanders, and in which defendant Woods was riding as a passenger.
