Defendant Peterson, the appellant herein, was found guilty by a jury of the crime of burglary in the second degree, and appeals from the judgment of conviction entered by the court.

By his first assignment of error, appellant contends the trial court lacked jurisdiction to arraign him on the information, and erred in denying his motion to quash it. The record before this court shows that a preliminary examination was held on February 21...
