Barbara Gill and Barbara Russell were convicted as codefendants of the crime of armed robbery in the Pulaski Circuit Court and sentenced to life imprisonment. They have appealed.

It is first argued as a ground for reversal, and we believe meritoriously, that the trial court erred in overruling their motion to dismiss the indictment, made before the trial began, for the reason that the grand jurors...
