Middleton, Chief of Social Service at the Austin State Hospital and Pat Bailey, Assistant Attorney General of the State of Texas, in which he sought issuance of a Writ of Mandamus ordering and directing those named to produce and permit the inspection, copying and photographing of certain records of the Austin State Hospital...
