Burley F. Borton died intestate on the thirteenth day of January, 1963. He left surviving him a widow, now Sadie L. Schultz, appellant herein, three adult sons, and one adult daughter. Shortly after the death of decedent the son George commenced probate of the estate of decedent and petitioned the court for appointment as administrator.
