This civil action was brought pursuant to 35 U.S.C. § 145 seeking judgment of this Court authorizing defendant, Commissioner of Patents, to issue Letters Patent of the United States containing claims 10, 11, 12, 13, 17 and 18 of an application Serial No. 694,647 entitled "Therapeutic Training Spat" filed November 5, 1957, by the plaintiffs. Claims 10, 11, 12 and 18 were withdrawn by plaintiffs at trial, leaving only claims 13 and 17 for...
