Appellant, Clarence Stewart, Jr., was charged with the crime of murder in the first degree in the perpetration of burglary against William N. Caldwell on January 8, 1959. He was tried in Pulaski County, found guilty as charged, and sentenced to die by electrocution. On appeal to this Court the judgment was affirmed on April 17, 1961. See Stewart v.
