This suit was brought to determine to whom the proceeds of an insurance policy, tendered into Court by the insurer, on the life of L. B. Rason, who died November 21, 1961, in Harris County, should be paid.

Appellant, Mrs. Leola Hallett, a daughter, was named as beneficiary in the insurance policy, and her claim to its proceeds is based on this facts.
