On March 12, 1962, appellant, Billy Huffman, was driving his automobile west on Alcorn Street in the City of Hot Springs. When he reached Central Avenue he collided with an automobile owned by appellee, City of Hot Springs, and being driven by appellee, Bobby Digby, who, at the time, was a city policeman.
