This is an appeal by writ of error from a judgment of the County Court at Law No. 2 of Bexar County, Texas, in a forceable entry and detainer suit. In our opinion of November 20, 1963, overruling appellee's motion to dismiss this appeal, we upheld appellants' right to appeal by writ of error.
