Co. operated the Lewis Tower Building, a center-city Philadelphia office building, pursuant to an agreement with the owners of that building. During this period of time, plaintiffs contracted with L.B.T. Co. to supply equipment and services for the maintenance and improvement of the Lewis Tower Building.
