Thompson, partners, doing business under the name of Mainland Constructions Company, to recover damages allegedly sustained by the City as a result of said defendants negligently damaging the City's influent water main at the intersection of 7th Street North and Main Street in the Town of Alta Loma in Galveston County, Texas.
