From a judgment for plaintiff A. G. Barclay in a suit for damages resulting from an automobile-truck collision, the defendant C. C. Pitts appealed.

Judgment reversed and remanded.

The collision giving rise to the suit occurred on U. S. Highway No. 62 in the State of Oklahoma, approximately two (2) miles south of the town of Apache. The road in the vicinity of the collision is asphalt pavement, approximately 20-22 feet in width...
