Bloom Kaplan, a resident of the State of Missouri, against The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America, a New York corporation, upon three insurance policies on the life of Irving C. Bloom, plaintiff's deceased husband. The principal indemnity for death Policy No. 982512 is $30,000.00; under Policies No. 818207 and No. 828724 the principal indemnity for death is $5,000.00...
