This action was commenced on November 24, 1961, under Section 301 of the Labor Management Relations Act (29 U.S.C. § 185). Plaintiff originally alleged various violations of the National Bituminous Coal Wage Agreement of 1950 as amended, as a result of which it allegedly suffered damages in the sum of $30,000.
