Daniels and Kathryn Daniels, as relators against certain officers of the City of Jackson, namely the Mayor, Aldermen, City Clerk and Building Inspector, to compel them to issue to relators a permit for the construction of an addition to their building to be used for the slaughtering of animals for food.
