This is a workmen's compensation case. Henry E. Ford, who was regularly employed by Coleman County Electric Cooperative, Inc., lost his life while blasting an oil well slush pit for Maxwell Drilling Company, hereinafter referred to as Maxwell. Traders & General Insurance Company was the Cooperative's compensation insurance carrier, and Maxwell had a similar policy issued by Texas Employers' Insurance Association.
