The plaintiff in this suit seeks to recover from the defendant the sum of $4250.00. For a cause of action it is alleged that plaintiff's wife, acting by virtue of a power of attorney executed by the plaintiff, executed an authentic sale before Gus J. Fritchie, Jr. on November 24, 1961, which conveyed to defendant a piece of real property situated in the Parish of St. Tammany and that while the recited consideration was the sum of $7500.00, $4250...
