This case involves a Will contest on the testamentary capacity of the testator. The County Court of Victoria County on September 18, 1962, entered judgment after a contest of the Will was heard admitting the Will to probate. An appeal was perfected to the District Court and a jury in that court on the 13th day of June, 1963, found that the testator had testamentary capacity at the time he executed the Will.
