This is an action to recover damages for injuries sustained by Joseph Woodson Harvey in an automobile accident which occurred on a public highway in Rapides Parish on November 24, 1961. The suit was instituted by the said Joseph Woodson Harvey, who was a minor when the accident occurred but has now reached the age of majority, and by his father, Woodson Harvey.
