After a trial before the court sitting without a jury appellant was convicted only of the offense charged in count XIII, a violation of Penal Code, section 476a, in that he did on December 12, 1961, deliver to the Citizens National Bank a group of seven checks aggregating $11,800, drawn by the defendant Klotzman...
