In 1958, a voluntary petition in bankruptcy was filed on behalf of Armstrong Freight Lines, Inc. Samuel U. Williams filed a formal proof of claim as a secured creditor of the bankrupt in the amount of $60,000. Objections to Williams' claim were filed by other creditors and a hearing thereon was conducted by the Referee in Bankruptcy.
