Plaintiff-appellants, William L. Bowen, hereafter referred to as Bowen, and Roy L. Bailey, hereinafter referred to as Bailey, sued defendant-appellee, Doyle O. Brawley, for damages as the result of a collision that occurred on Super Highway No. 30 in Hopkins County, Texas, on July 18, 1962.
