This case is an appeal from a summary judgment in favor of the Cheyenne National Bank, the indorsee of a $9800 promissory note given by the Wilson Brothers Sand & Gravel Company to O'Dell Motor Company (Jack O'Dell, owner) for a truck-tractor.
