This is a suit for declaratory judgment filed by appellant, Superior Oil Company (Superior) against appellee, El Paso Natural Gas Company (El Paso), seeking the construction and interpretation of two gas sales contracts entered into between the parties which involved the sale of gas in interstate commerce.
