Defendant (respondent) Joyce Pasco was the wife of Ronald Willford from March 21, 1954, to and including December 16, 1962. In July, 1962, the Willfords, as lessees, obtained a lease of the premises located at 204 Sherman Avenue, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, where the business known as the Flame Bar and Cafe was being conducted, and a transfer of the Kootenai county beer license for the Flame Bar from the name of the former occupant to "Joyce Willford."...
