The plaintiffs were the owners of three parcels of land in Boston which were taken by the defendant Massachusetts Turnpike Authority by eminent domain. Other defendants are the Commissioners of Public Works, New York Central Railroad Company, New England Merchants National Bank and another, trustees, and City Bank & Trust Company.
