SMITH, Judge:

This appeal is from an order adjudicating a husband in contempt for failing to comply with certain provisions of a judgment for separate maintenance, dated July 27, 1960.

Appellant and his wife were married in 1937 and two children were born of this marriage. In 1959 the wife, who was employed and had a modest separate income, filed suit for limited divorce and/or separate maintenance. She was denied a divorce but was granted separate maintenance...
