JOHNSON, Justice.

February 19, 1963, there was submitted to the voters of the Town of Allen, Oklahoma, the question of whether the town should issue $30,000.00 in bonds for the acquiring of a water works. The question was approved by a vote of 142 to 72. The proceedings are admittedly regular and legal and have been approved by the Attorney General of Oklahoma.
