HOLT, Justice.

This is a Workmen's Compensation case in which the claimant-appellee, Bill Steele, seeks total and permanent disability benefits as a result of silicosis. The Referee denied the claim and the Full Commission found the claimant became disabled on January 3, 1961 and awarded compensation for total and permanent disability. The Commission's award was affirmed by the Circuit Court.
