Plaintiff seeks review of a final determination by the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare holding that plaintiff is not entitled to a period of disability or disability insurance benefits under Sections 216(i) and 2231 of the Social Security Act, as amended.2 Jurisdiction to review the matter is conferred under Section 205(g) of the Act.3
