The appellant, Lewis W. Davis, is a former husband of Helen Davis, the appellee. The parties were divorced in 1947. The decree of divorce required the appellant to make monthly payments of $100 for the support and maintenance of a minor child of the marriage. On November 18, 1954, the former wife secured a money judgment for allegedly back due payments of the husband. The judgment entered on the 16th day of December 1954, was in part as follows...
