This is a zoning case between appellant, G. P. Hardy, and appellee, John G. Calhoun, who wants to build a tennis court in the City of Texarkana, Texas. The house and lot of appellee is in a First Dwelling House District within the city. Only one of the neighbors of appellee does not want the tennis court. The City Engineer advised appellee that a permit was not necessary, and he commenced building the tennis...
